This work questions the why’s, what’s, how’s and who’s of: Warfare, Borderlines, Food Sovereignty, Sheep-wolves.

At the core of the work is an anti-war, anti-colonial sentiment, populated with colour, flora and natural forms reflecting the efforts of society to cover and glaze over our disasters and mistakes.

Nothing is what it seems. Everything is distorted.

*The embroidered planes were borrowed from the designs of an Afghani War Rug.

ينظر هذا العمل في أسئله تتمحور حول مفهوم : الحرب ، الحدود ، السيادة على الغذاء ، الأغنام-الذئاب.

هذا عمل مناهض للحروب واللاستعمار، مليء بالألوان والزهور والورود في محاوله لعكس جهود الانسان للتغطية و لتجميل أخطائنا و الكوارث اللتي سببها.

ليس كل شيء كما يبدو.
